Never heard of a Mummer Parade before... but not so hard to guess major American cities.

I knew that one because the parade was broadcast on TV when I was growing up, along with the Rose Parade. I'd never heard of the chocolate one but as you say, there are only so many possibilities.

Love that Philly is allowed for the answer. I lived in downtown Philly, and the parade was a block from my apartment.

I've seen Dove chocolate but it's always a little jarring because I've seen Dove soap a lot more often.
