I'm not sure if there's some kind of useful distinction, but trading card should be an alternative to baseball card.

Trading cards are usually thought to be baseball cards. However, there are football cards, basketball cards, NASCAR cards ice hockey cards etc. but all are trading cards. The Hornus Wagner card is specifically a baseball card.

I think sinister just means left, not left-handed.

Sinistra means left in Italian
