I don't remember The Beachboys releasing anything in the 80s. And when the quiz is titled 'Who Did That Song', I am not sure that Milli Vanilli can be an accepted answer any more

It was on the soundtrack to the Tom Cruise movie Cocktail. The reason you forget it is that it had no staying power. It's the only major Beach Boys song not written by or involving Brian Wilson. Super catchy but also super cheesy and processed. It's missing everything that makes the Beach Boys special.
