Very interesting quiz. Just when you think an clue is too vague you can guess the movie and work backwards. Also I believe that a tick is what spreads lyme disease. A tic is like a nervous habit.

I absolutely never would have written Ent except it was almost literally what was missing from the title. Normally I just skip stuff I flat out don't know and don't want to remember, but curiosity got me.

35% missed "Nilla", but got "Vanilla Sky" ? That must've been quite a facepalm moment for a lot of them.

I got "Vanilla sky", but i´ve never heard of "Nilla". Obviously, it´s not that popular in Austria.

Is Nilla, in fact, short for "Vanilla"? We don't have them here in UK either.

I'm pretty sure it is short for vanilla. They are actually quite good, though I haven't had them in years. I guess they're just an American thing. I almost missed that clue though because at first I couldn't remember what they were called.

Why, I think outside of the US hardly (more like noone) has ever heard of it. I know quite a lot of us brands/and products that we dont even have here, but never ever heard of this one.

So, facepalm moment for you? realising it is not a given that everyone should/could know that word? Whereas vanilla is available everywhere, have nearly the same name everwhere and even if it wasnt the case, you hear it enough in english to know about it.

PS nilla is at 46% now and vanilla at 61% I guessed vanilla sky and then tried stuff that could fit ( nella, nelle, etc) and finally guessed nilla which rang 0 bells.

I thought the arachnid was spelled "tic", not "tick"?

Nope! A tic is something else entirely.

What an inventive quiz. Just tricky enough to be interesting, but doable enough to still be fun. It must have taken some planning, thank you for taking the time.

For the clue "Opposite of former", maybe put "former" in inverted commas. I wasted valuable time thinking about what the opposite of coal was.

Fun quiz, but I've heard of pretty much none of these movies.

I got all but hotel rwanda ( eventhough I didnt know several of the titles) If you havent heard of it, you couldnt logivaly think what would come after ru(e) Hotel Ru, Roo, Rou... I had no idea what it could be. I tried hotel room, and something else I forgot.
