Plutarchy is a combination of plutocracy and oligarchy. Or did you mean government by a Greek historian?

Although oligarchy in effect does mean the rule of social elite, the term was devised to describe the rule of the few (as opposed the rule of a single person or a whole nation).

yeah, an oligarchy does not have to be a "social" elite. it would be much clearer simply as "rule by a few"

It's sometimes used to describe corrupt governments in some third world countries. The leaders line their own pockets while the people suffer.

That happens in nearly every country. Look at the net worth of nearly any US politician who has been in office for more than a few years (all with salaries that cap out at significantly under $200K). Most are multi-millionaires

"the most able" is aristocracy, i.e. "rule of the best", the best being the most able by definition, since they are the best.

Haha honestly I can't believe that I got Gerontocracy just because I knew that Gerontology was a term for the study of old people and I thought hey why not put them together? But I somehow couldn't remember the more obvious one about the nobles and the Aristocracy. Oh well I still got 12/14 which is better than most.

I don't want to be one of those nitpickers on Jetpunk, but monarchy literally means "one ruler" and does not necessarily mean a king or queen rules. A dictatorship is a monarchy. Maybe you can remove "monarchy" or "autocracy"...

I would never be able to guess "Gerontocracy" or "Matriarchy", but I did somehow get "Patriarchy". I don't know how. And, Anarchy is not a form of government, rather it is the lack of one. Maybe you shouldn't remove that because it's one of the most guessed.
