Top 10 nationally unofficial languages in European countries

Name the top 10 largest languages without official NATIONWIDE status in European countries, even though they are spoken natively by a large group and they represent the majority language in some areas of these countries, and they are nationally official in other countries.
This is NOT a list about regional dialects/languages like Bavarian, Swiss-German or Neapolitan
All these languages actually enjoy national official status in OTHER countries, but not in the ones considered
In all these countries there are areas where the given language actually represents the most spoken language in that area. If a language is recognized as official at a regional level, but not nationally, it's also included in this list.
