I'd like to add a column for which percent of the territory was under Russian control. What parts of Mongolia and China were under Russian control?

From Wikipedia - Furthermore, the empire at times controlled concession territories, notably the Kwantung Leased Territory and the Chinese Eastern Railway, both conceded by Qing China, as well as a concession in Tianjin. I'm pretty sure the Russian Empire controlled the entirety of the steppes (including turkmenistan and tajikistan) by 1917. Please check again please.
