Possible the worst list I've ever seen. Anybody that ranks Andrelton Simmons above Adam Jones, Jay Bruce and others is insane.

Agreed! I'm not sure how you can honestly put half the list behind a guy who virtually provides zero offense regardless of how good he is defensively. However, when I was creating the list I noticed the common trend was that ESPN was choosing young players with "potential" as opposed to household names in some cases.

Yes. The list was created prior to the 2014 MLB Season meaning breakout athletes as well as busts are not accounted for.
