I'm pretty sure that the fourth largest city in Iraq is Erbil, not Hillah. I tried Irbil, Erbel, Erbil, Irbel, etc.

Istanbul really isn't part of the Middle East. It's part in Europe! Turkey as a whole is normally not considered to be in the Middle East anyways
