Major League Teams with State Names

Some teams from the "Big Four" major leagues (NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL) are named after a state or group of states to try to represent a larger area.
Guess team name, not the city or metro area that the team is based in.
"New York" teams are assumed to be named after New York City (even if they play in New Jersey)
"Washington" teams are assumed to be named after Washington, DC (not Washington state)
For an even harder challenge, try all six leagues.
