"stomach" is both "estomac" and "ventre" in french ... I think estomac should be ok too

Estomac is stomach but ventre is belly, tummy or perhaps abdomen. The English "Stomach" is far too specific as it means the organ which connects the oesophagus to the duodenum. This is not the meaning of "ventre" in French. Please accept belly, abdomen or tummy but disallow stomach.
