The Mulligan quote is actually from Hamilton aimed at Laurens, so in no way is it correct

Actually, that comment is aimed at Mulligan. "I think your pants look hot" is reference to Mulligan being a tailor, and in the performance he puts his foot up on a bench and sweeps his coat away to proudly reveal his pants. "Laurens, I like you a lot" is aimed at Laurens.

This quiz is asking what character is being described not who said it because there are lots of quotes on this quiz that describe someone but said by another person. For example Laurens says"the ten dollar founding father without a father" which describes Hamilton and AHam says "You strike me as a woman who has never been satisfied" even though it is describing Angelica.
