Largest Local Municipalities in ONTARIO by First Letter

There are 414 lower-tier and single-tier municipalities in the Canadian province of Ontario. Identify the most populous of these starting with each letter. NOTE - this quiz EXCLUDES the 30 upper-tier municipalities, which are somewhat akin to counties, and each include at least 2 local municipalities.
There are no municipalities beginning with the letters X or Y in Ontario.
Populations are Statistics Canada 2016 Census numbers.
The most populous "D" municipality has changed since the 2011 Census.
The "G" municipality frequently has its name shortened - it would then become the "S" answer.
