You need to be consistent - either include county in answer, or don't - I put hot pot for Lancs. & it was right, so tried just pasty for Cornwall & cheese for Cheshire. And multiple answers could apply - Kendal mint cake for Cumbria, cheese for many counties, jellied eels for London, clotted cream for Devon, Eccles cake and potted shrimps for Lancs.

Stilton cheese can't be made in Cambridgeshire. The village of Stilton is in Cambridgeshire, but stilton can only be made in Staffordshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
