If you include Baku and Yerevan, you should also include Tbilisi.

It would be more challenging if you used the yellow box, required people to choose one anagram to answer and not just type up all European capitals from memory. And yes, I have to remind you that Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Turkey and Cyprus are not counted as being part of Europe.
