The Tolls of New Jersey

Ah, New Jersey. Unexpectedly beautiful scenery (yes, really) followed by completely expected toll booths. There are tolled bridges, roads and tunnels seemingly everywhere. Your E-Z Pass is indispensable, except at the northernmost bridge, where you pay cash—unless you're headed to church or a funeral.
Ferries do not count as toll facilities.
