I've removed the duplicated station, in this quiz and the English language version. Thank you for bringing the error to my attention.
I'm not sure if there was an error in Wikipedia at the time of quiz creation or if it was merely a mistake on my part. The fact that 中野坂上駅 is on the main line (本線) and branch line (分岐線) may have been a contributing factor to the error; I suppose I may have assumed that the same physical station was given two different designations (M-06 and Mb-06) to account for the main and branch line tracks.
Correction made. Thanks again for bringing these to my attention. I've tried my best to proof these quizzes, but mistakes like these are easy to slip through.
Automatic type-in's work well for English quizzes, but Japanese language quizzes require a lot of custom RegEx for the type-in's, so it's easy for a typo to effect the answers. For example, this mistake was caused by forgetting a closing bracket ] in a RegEx expression.
I'll continue to make corrections as they are found, so please feel free to request as many corrections as needed.
Thank you again for helping me to improve my quizzes.

I think it should be removed (there is a similar quiz that does not list this twice, so until then, this is not the ベスト!).

And another minded point I feel, furigana of 乃木坂 is become のぎ. It's better to correct to のぎざか, isn't it?
