BINGO! Each set represents a country. The first number is the country's position in the list of countries by area. Second number is its position in the list of countries by population. Third number is its code for product labeling (3 first numbers on a bar code, I really can't express myself better than that in english). Fourth number is its phone code. Next in line is Algeria, number 10.34.613.213

That's not fair PotatoBoy, you solved that so quickly!!! as you say, perfectly correct Algeria is the answer and the 'Barcode' number 613 is what I thought would be the most trouble for anyone cracking the puzzle....... CONGRATULATIONS PotatoBoy!

Thank you. Living in Brazil made it easier for me, because our sequence (5.5.789.55) is far more distinctive then the USA one (22.214.171.124), for example. 13 and 1 are numbers you see anywhere, while 789 and 55 are more recognizable.
