The numbers correspond to rankings of countries by area. Taking the first letter of each country, the list of numbers becomes "Germany". (Actually, I didn't get "G" from the list I checked, but it was clear it was Germany from the other 6 letters.) The capital of Germany is Berlin. Subtracting No. 3 on the periodic table of the elements (Lithium, or Li), we get Bern. Bern is the capital of... SWITZERLAND.

BTW the first number should have been 135 (Guinea Bissau) Typo is my excuse, but you managed anyway the extra step of the puzzle.
