Is it a palindrome day? 02-02-2020?

October 2nd 2001 was a palindrome

But October 2nd 2001 wasn't a palindrome day in Europe, where it would have been written 02-10-2001. Is 02-02-2020 the first worldwide palindrome day for countries using the Gregorian calendar in over 900 years? I'm thinking the last one was 11-11-1111, which works out.

Oh wait, that doesn't make sense. The Gregorian calendar wasn't even used in Europe back then, let alone America...

What about 01/02/2010, or 10/02/2001, or 11/02/2011?

Has to work for all, e.g. 11/02/2011 would be 02/11/2011 in USA or vice versa.
