Made glorious summer by tis sun of York;
'nd all the clouds hat lour'd upon our house
In the deep bosom of the ocean bured

The solution is: Richard, Duke of Gloucester! This is the beginning of William Shakespeare's play "Richard III", but some letters are missing. The missing letters are: w, h, a, t, i, s, t, h, e, n, a, m, e, o, f, t, h, e, s, p, e, a, k, e, r forming the question "What is the name of the speaker?" So the answer has to be "Richard, Duke of Gloucester".
