Mal's "Walk the Coast of Eurasia" From Portugal Going North.
Clockwise trip around 'Eurasia', Begin Portugal - End Portugal.
Any country with separate coastlines must include all:
Major direction of travel is given in Direction Hint W=West S=South E=East N=North:....... You must follow the Coast at all times:
Note: Oman has an enclave north of UAE called Khasab:
*NOTE* - SUEZ CANAL COUNTS AS THE COAST:
Everytime you cross a Border it must be mentioned:
This quiz encompasses EUROPE + ASIA: (Part of Egypt is included)
My directions are given from roughly where you are on the coast travelling over the border to the next country as if you were walking. I see the coast from Vladivostok (Russia) is going south west into North Korea. The coast of Russia from its Easternmost point is generally travelling in a South West direction. I hope that explains my thinking on that situation.
While you are TECHNICALLY right, going from Norway to Russia and then saying SW, I'm thinking I'm still in western Russia. I don't know how you make the jump clear over to North Korea from that. It just doesn't make sense. You should have gone through Kazakhstan and Mongolia and China to get over there.
If you are still in West Russia you will have to get your hiking boots on and walk around the coast of Russia (no mean feat) all they way to Vladivostok and then walk SW into North Korea. They quiz is "Walk the COAST".......not overland.
I didn't read your giveaways about the Arabian Peninsula. You should leave them out and let people test their noggins. To be honest I was expecting the usual Bahrain and Singapore indignations. Ideally, some goof should demand Cyprus and North Cyprus.
