I'm not sure about the english definition, but in France we consider that integers are decimal numbers, so both answers to question n°4 are correct.
There's also a mistake in the last question (n°15) :
None of these numbers are multiple of 27.
One of them divides 27 (which also means that 27 is a multiple of one of them), but that's not what's currently written.
