Some very ambiguous questions, as in "institutionalized policy...." (referring to the theoretical or political actor?) and "tactics used by Boer..." Yeah, guerilla warfare is one label, but there are others.

Could Q.2 perhaps begin "organisation which established..."? I was trying to think of a person. Otherwise, nice!
