Can I ask how you decided the subregions? Some things don't make sense. For example, Algeria is the largest country of Africa and yet it isn't included in any African region. The Dominican Republic is also larger than Haiti and the fact that you included Santo Domingo means that you should include that instead. Also Cuba is in the Caribbean and larger than either one. There are also numerous other problems.
It is by population, not country size, so Haiti is more populous than the Dominican Republic and Cuba, Santo Domingo is the most populous city in the Caribbean, and Egypt is more populous than Algeria.
Nice quiz, but I think the UK is included in Northern Europe under this UN geoscheme, also on the map you provided it is part of Northern Europe. So Stockholm should be replaced by London and biggest city in Western Europe would be Paris.
I don't believe Honolulu should be added, since this quiz is about UN geoschemes rather than physical geography, and so Hawaii is grouped with the rest of the US. In fact, I am sceptical that Northern Asia should be here, even (because no other countries are divided into parts).
Fun quiz! One nitpick may be Polynesia. In the source provided both New Zealand and Hawaii are included in Polynesia, so surely New Zealand/USA and Honolulu should trump French Polynesia?
In the map you cited as your source, there is no region called Northern Asia. If you want to divide the european and asian part of Russia, make your own map with subdivisions. In the map UK (68 million) is included in Northern Europe, but you put Sweden (10 million) as the biggest country. Same with Stockholm and London.
Fun! However New Zealand is definitely a part of Polynesia, as is Hawaii…
If usa counts in Micronesia, they should definitely count in Polynesia, and Auckland should definitely be the largest city for Polynesia. Other than that, great quiz
