Category Elimination - Country Rankings

In each group, name any answer which matches the first category to reveal the second category, then name any answer which applies to both categories to reveal a third, and so on. All of the categories have to do with rankings in certain things, such as GDP or land area. Sources - IndexMundi and Human Development Reports * Includes the two countries tied for the lowest/highest.
If you like rankings, try countries in the middle!! Also check out my blog post on country rankings
Some countries exempted due to border disputes and official qualifications. (ex. Vatican City is not considered a city)
Thanks to Stewart for the template and idea.

Replying to your last comment: Yeah, I can take a look at the two quizzes and see if I can make some kind of svg map. at the moment I'm a little busy with school, but I'll try to find some time in the next couple of weeks. Also, I'll leave my email on one of the quizzes too bc communicating this way is a little difficult haha

Gotta love it when you pick a country for the first category and it works all the way through. That’s how I got green. As for pink, I was very surprised when Sweden and Finland didn’t work. I guess the urban area accounts for much of the population of Helsinki and Stockholm. They’re both around 10% of the country’s population in the city proper, but around 40-50% in the urban areas. Once I realized that, it was all about guessing countries with a huge city proper! I like the deduction in this quiz. Nominated!
