I thought of doing so, but size varies from as small as 700 square kilometer to as large as 2 million square kilometers. Also, I want it to be US friendly also but they use metric system.

Surprised not to find Denmark on the list. Do Greenland and the Faroes follow the same time as Kobenhavn?

No, they don't. But if we are including time of Greenland and Faroes, then it's area is 2,220,093 compared to 43,094 of Kobenhavn region (European Denmark). Largest country on this list is Indonesia. And Kingdom of Denmark is about 3 hundred thousand kilometer squares larger that it.
