Could you add that it's worldwide and maybe the timeframe in the description?
Another suggestion, I wrote separatism and was surprised it didn't pop up. But there are three separatist movements in the answers (Chechen, Palestinian, Tamil). These are local movements while the other ideologies are global. Maybe add as a caveat something like "Some of these motives are based on local / non-global movements"?
A completely different point, but I really don't understand how neo-fascism isn't far-right extremism and Maoism isn't far-left extremism. Would never have guessed those two after I already had far-right and -left.
It's Because far-right and far-left Extremism is separated from Maoism and Neo-fascism is because acts of terror have been committed because of a hole list of beliefs from different parts of their side of the political spectrum while the acts of terror committed by Maoists and Neo-fascist are based on the beliefs of their ideologies.
