Ancient Civilisations, Kingdoms and Tribal Confederations

Guess all civilisations, kingdoms, tribal confederations, empires and other states that existed during ancient times.
Categorised by geographic region, or grouped by a certain term (e.g. Hellenistic kingdoms). If one of these encompasses multiple regions, then it will be categorised based on where it originated, or by its group. Some civilisations, kingdoms and tribal confederations are not included due to a lack of information (usually the dates). States within other civilisations are also not counted, including those that were only ever vassals.
Not counting cultures.
No civilisations, kingdoms or tribal confederations formed after 500 AD.
For ancient Greece, only the major city states are included, since there were over one thousand.
