For Serbia you can easily swap Slobodan Milosevic with current dictator Aleksandar Vucic.

Josip Tito is altogether too similar looking of a name to Josef Tiso, and I tried a few former Yugoslav nations before I realised

Robespierre was not a dictator of France, only a prominent and influential member of the Committee of Public Safety. Much closer to being a dictator was Napoleon.
