Hi.

I'd like to add some corrections.

The Illyrian Provinces were France proper, Malta was the British Empire, Tuscany was France proper, the Helvetic Republic had become the Swiss Confederation, Corsica was France proper, the Balearics were part of Napoleonic Spain.

Also, Napoleon's Spain should count as it was a client like the Confederation of the Rhine. Maybe having both Napoleonic Spain and the Kingdom of Spain (what is listed, independence fighters?)
