Yeah, the wikipedia quote in full is "In the Americas, Kingston is the largest predominantly English-speaking city south of the United States." The first three words are pretty important. Nice quiz though :)

Yeah but the question says nothing about "in the Americas." It simply asks for the largest English speaking south of the United States.
