Great characters are a trademark of most great musicals. And while flat out "villains" and bad guys might not be all that common, there are plenty of characters painted in shades of gray (or green, as in the case of the first question). See how many of these guys you can name.
Either first or second name is acceptable for fictional characters. For real life characters the LAST NAME is mandetory but not the first.
