Connecting countries (First=Last Letter)

In this quiz you have to connect names of countries that border each other and also the last letter of the first country must be the first letter of the second country (and in TWO cases even second country last letter is the first of the third one). The answer is combination of their names. Example: Country A = Peru Country B = Uruguay Answer = Peruruguay (I know they do not border each other, it is just an example)
