The question about the creation of Yugoslavia is a bit tricky since in 1919 (and 1918) the official name of the country was Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes. Term Yugoslavia became official in 1929. And the first leader of the Kingdom was Peter I., not Ivan Ribar (his role was from '45).
