Countries With the Highest Ratio of Coastline to Area

Name the 20 countries with the highest ratio of coastline to area, according to the World Resources Institute.
Ratios from the Wikipedia page “List of countries by length of coastline” and their ratios were gathered from the World Resources Institute.
Using official JetPunk countries.
For purposes of this quiz, overseas territories are not included because they would disproportionally run up the ratio.
In cases where a country wasn’t independent at the time of the measurements, I took the ratio from the CIA World Factbook, which is similar.
