Slang- english language words for inebriated

list as many as you can. this doesn't come close to the total list, which like slang, grows all the time, but it's the list I as a non-drinker know. So if I know it, everyone probably does.
this is not in anyway to make light of the affects of drinking but rather to show the degree to which it is part of our culture.

i didn't include the S**tfaced for obvious reasons, but i associate buzzed with people who smoke weed. and i've never heard slammed. excellent!
