Wouldn't it be fair to include Jervis Bay in the ACT rather than splitting them? And also please accept Mt Gambier. Also, Devonport is on the Tasmanian mainland, not in the Bass Strait :)

Jervis Bay is actually a separate territory from the ACT. Otherwise, Mt Gambier is now an acceptable type-in and Devonport has been moved back onto Tasmania!
