Got 7 including Giza but isn't Giza part of the same urban area as Cairo?

Also, is Mansura the same as Al Masuriya/El Mansuriya/Mansuriya/Mansuria? I tried to get that one but was frustrated I couldn't figure out the spelling.

I should have also gotten Faiyum... it's on my oldest cities by country quiz.

You are using a strange spelling, which is probably the reason why some places are not guessed by anybody. Qena, Sohag and Shubra el-Kheima are more common ways of transcribing the Arabic names of three of the towns.
