OK I give up. Who is Temperance Seven? Never heard of them, or the song. There was a song in 1967 called Home In Pasadena that never charted in the US. You could have replaced this unknown song with The Little Old Lady From Pasadena by Jan and Dean. But---a nice quiz.

Temperance Seven were a British trad-jazz group, with a comedic element, who had four top 40 singles in the UK in 1961 (this one peaked at no.4)

A bit of quick research shows that the song was written By Harry Warren in 1923, and was originally called 'Home In Pasadena'

Glad you liked the quiz, and I have now just realised, that the Temperance Seven are the only UK act featured!

Cheers,

Baz
