First, we got the data. We put it in this format in Step 2: A, D, B, E, C, F
Then, we went to Step 3, and made the data into 3 columns.
Next, we went to Manual Mode in Step 3, and inserted 2 rows before every section. This marked the boundaries of A to D, B to E, and C to F.
Lastly, one cell under the top sections (A, B, and C) we changed the border size to 0 and the padding (vert.) to 0. One cell under that, we put text (Group D, E, F) and colored them.
We didn't delete the headers! You can click on the cells at the top that say 'answer', then erase the text and put "Group A".
You also should change the text from the white that you had it on, so that you can see the text. As for the background, you can change that to whatever so long as the text is legible.
By making 3 columns, then in Step 3 - Manual Mode, you add two extra cells (find the button to do so off to the right) in each column (make the two cells the separating point between the two groups (a,d / b,e / c,f). Then, you take the top blank cell of each column, and click 'This Cell', change border to 0. The cell under that, you click on it and you can write "Group x" inside of it.

I hope this was helpful! :)
