I think the revision we'll make is to write in the instructions that it goes by record low, not average! But thanks, anyway.

What I'm saying is that the average low in Ulan Bator is lower than your record low for Pakistan. -24.1 is not all that cold. It gets much, much colder than that in many parts of Asia.

So no part of the Asian side of Russia ever got below -24... ummm....yeah... please remove this quiz
