Malaysia borders Singapore, and there is a small river between then and bridges linking them. Barely takes 5 minutes to drive over it. I suppose it isn't a land border, but they're so close together! Then again, if you do include Malaysia, you'll have to include Bahrain too because there's a (much longer) bridge connecting them...
