Why are Botswana,China and Taiwan here. Plus why arent BRazil, Portugal, Angola, Mozambique, East Timor, Cape Verde and Guinea-Bissau here

Spanish is not the official language in Mexico , notwithstanding it is the most widely spoken tongue .
