Another great idea! Hopefully the start of a series! I agree that Finland and Sweden shoudln't be there; also, shouldn't Saudi Arabia make it into the Indian ocean list? Also, I would think that Australia also borders the Indian Ocean

But why? Baltic sea is sea of Atlantic Ocean, not Arctic.

Definitely a good quiz idea, but I agree that Sweden and Finland should be replaced with Norway and Iceland. Russia, Canada, USA, Norway, and Iceland are the only five countries that border the arctic ocean (unless you're counting Greenland, in which case you need a caveat about territories being included or something like that).

Argentina does not border the Pacific Ocean. Did you mean to include Chile?
