The answer is 10 (first try), and I have no idea why... After pouring over all pairs, it just seemed like the most plausible answer ... :/

This is really difficult, my original thoughts were of course Football scores, I looked at teams such as Chelsea and Real Madrid and even found patterns in the 19 results such as Won 15 Drawn 4 Lost 0...... but none of the results matched ......... back to the drawing board :oI

Haha, nice attempt though! :) Hint comes in 9 days, but remember: their IS a pattern between the numbers in the first box and the second box, which are used together.

Take every digit that has a 1 after, discard every digit that has a 0 after, turn it into geographic coordinates. That's my guess.

You convert the numbers into binary, getting:

110111.1110110000110 N or 55.7558 in decimal

100101.1100000011101 E or 37.6173 in decimal

Google maps finds Moscow, or more precisely, the Historical Museum of Moscow.

PotatoBoy....... Again I'm amazed at the abilities of jetpunkers to figure out these difficult challenges. I even thought of N for North and E for East and did not think of the 'Binary' connection..... again well done PotatoBoy.
