Zimbabwe is now officially on the Chinese Yuan - would be a good addition to the quiz

I think Zimbabwe uses the United States Dollar, the Euro and the Chinese Renminbi, or yuan, but I could be wrong. Their currency was destroyed after the government began to print money to pay off debt causing the currency's value to drop substantially. It would cost wheelbarrows of money for basic amenities, such as food and water, yet the people of Zimbabwe did not see an increase in salary.

It's officially in circulation in Zimbabwe and unofficially in Namibia, Lesotho and Swaziland, besides being accepted commonly in touristy places in Botswana and Mozambique

The description is flatout wrong. It implies that currencies with the same name are actually the same currency. They aren't. Try telling that to an Australian. It should read "Which 20 currency names are used in at least two countries?"

Or use actual currencies that are used in multiple countries - USD in USA/Ecuador/Micronesia etc., EC$, Euro, CFA Franc, etc.
