Serbian isn't a language, it's a dialect. The language is Serbo-Croatian, which is also spoken in Croatia. Tirginya isn't official in Ethiopia, nor is Manding official in any of the listed nations.

According to wikipedia Serbian qualifies as a language and Manding has a status of an official language.
