Enjoyed the quiz! My only nitpick is, cayenne pepper is a variety of chilli pepper. I would either list all common varieties or none at all.

True, but chilli and cayenne pepper are usually two different spices, and there aren't many other varieties when it comes to generic supermarket products. That's the arbitrary methodology I'm going off until I can think of something objective to base it on.
