Of British Columbia's 4.6 million people, the vast majority live in cities along the coast (80%). In fact, less than a million call the rugged interior home!
Can you name the most populated cities, within the 14 Regional Districts generally considered to be in the BC Interior?

I thought of including more demographics to further compare the cities of the Interior to their coastal cousins and the province as a whole, but the problem is that there is a great deal of variation within this vast Interior region too, and so the statistics felt pointless.
Also note that areas are geographic regions not administrative ones. Perhaps the most interesting part of BC is that each valley looks and feels quite different from the last. I struggled placing Prince George however, so feel free to correct me if it isn't in Omineca Country.
